Minimum requirements for the system to work properly
Step 1: Preparation

Activate your Energy manager account
In addition to your MobilityPlus account for accessing the MobilityPlus app, we will also create a second account, your Energy Manager account. This is to give you access to the Energy Management module in the MobilityPlus app.

Activate the P1 user port on your digital meter
The port is active if an inverted triangle is visible on the screen above the letters ‘GP’ (or P1).
In this example, the port has not been activated.

Make sure you have the name and password of your Wi-Fi network to hand.
You will have received this information from your internet provider.
Step 2: Open the MobilityPlus app
Download the most recent version here and log in with your MobilityPlus account.
Step 3: Start the configuration of your Energy manager dongle
At the bottom left, tap Home
Is the Home button not available (yet)? Close the app and reopen it.
Log in with your Energy Manager account to access the energy management module and tap Start setup.
Go through all the steps to configure the dongle correctly.

Step 4: Add your charging station
To manage your charging station via the Energy Manager, the dongle must be able to communicate with it.
It is important to establish this connection. Read here how to do this
