At MobilityPlus, you have two accounts
1 MobilityPlus account
Your MobilityPlus account gives you access to the MobilityPlus app.
We will create your account automatically. You will receive an email as soon as this has been done, asking you to choose a password and activate your account.
To log in to the app, always use your professional email address and the password you set for this account. Read here how to log in for the first time.
2 Energy Manager account
You need the second account to access the Energy Management module in the MobilityPlus app.
Your Energy Manager account is currently being created automatically. You will receive an email as soon as this has been done, asking you to choose a password and activate it.
To log in to the Energy Management module in the app, you also use your professional email address and the password you set for your Energy Manager account.
As soon as the Energy Manager dongle is delivered, log in to the Energy Management module in the MobilityPlus app to configure the dongle. Read more
