For correct operation of the Synkee dongle, you should take into account the following requirements:

Use a digital meter from Belgium

The P1 user port of your digital meter should be activated
The port is active if an inverted triangle is visible on the screen above the letters ‘GP’ (or P1).
In this example, the port has not been activated.

The P1 user port of your digital meter must be available
Should the port already be used by another device, use a splitter. Make sure it has a separate power supply via wall socket/USB port.

Your charging station needs to be connected to your home network
- Either via a UTP cable Cat5e (or higher) to your router / modem
Make sure a port is available
- Or via Wi-fi
The signal strength at your charging station is between 0 dBm and -60 dBm
