The serial number of your charging station can be found on the side or bottom of the charging station itself.
Does your charging station have a display? Then the serial number can be found in the top left corner.
In the case of an Alfen charging station, the serial number starts with ‘ACE’, while for Peblar it starts with 'SN'.
