Step 1: Reset the dongle in the app
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner under the Home menu
At the very bottom of the screen that opens, tap the red Reset Synkee button
and confirm
Step 2 Physically reset the dongle
Press the black button in the middle of the dongle and hold it down for at least 10 seconds until the LED starts flashing white.
