The LED doesn’t light up during installation.
1. Check whether the Synkee dongle is connected to the P1 port of your digital meter

2. Has the P1 user port been activated correctly by your grid operator?
Check on the screen of your digital meter whether there is an inverted triangle above the letters ‘GP’ (or 'P1').
In this example, the port has not been activated.

3. Is there nothing visible on the screen of your digital meter?
In this case, your meter is defective or there is a malfunction on the network. Contact your grid operator.
