Check that your smartphone is connected to your home network and then try again.
2. Connect charging station manually
You can also try to connect the charging station manually.
Once you have selected the brand of your charging station, tap on I want to manually pair my charging station.
Then enter the IP address of your charging station and tap on Search charging station
