This feature is available as from version 1.9.0
Tap the tile for your charging station at the bottom of your energy manager's home screen.
Then tap the gear icon in the top right corner to go to your charging station's settings.
Tap the red bar at the top of the screen.
The following screen will open:
You will be asked to do two things. Once you have done this, tick the box next to each question.
Then tap Trying to reconnect to your charging station.
The app will attempt to resolve the issue itself.
