Check that the connection to the charging station is still intact
If the connection is broken, the charging station goes into safety mode and charges with minimal power.
The connection is broken if your charging station shows the message ‘Offline’ or ‘Unknown’ on the start screen under Home.Solution:
- Reset your Synkee
- Reconfigure the Synkee

Check the charge mode in Synkee and adjust if required

- If the Follow the sun charge mode is active, the car will never get power at night. If necessary, adjust this to Peak shaving. In this case, also activate Follow the peak.
- Is charge mode Peak shaving already active? Then also activate Follow the peak.
- If Follow the peak is also already active, you can consider increasing the maximum peak consumption.
Tap on the value next to Max. peak consumption
and slide the blue dot to the desired value
Please note that increasing the maximum peak consumption will affect the capacity rate.
